I'm 13, a C cup. I'm slim, but I've had back pain. My mom said I'm not wearing the right bra and I need "heavy duty" bras, that is, bras made of thick material with full coverage, much support and au least 4 hooks at the back. Tomorrow I'll have a bra fitting, will try on such bras. I guesr they suck, are confinhng. hot and cause sweating, especially now that it's summer. But mom said I need them to avoid sagging and back pain. She's an experienced woman, but I hope she's wrong. Do I really need them?

The bra fitting will help you find your correct size bra. You should wear supportive bras, considering you have back pain.

You should wear them, as it will help alleviate the back pain and sagginess that you will have in the future.

It sucks, but that is what happens when you have big heavy breasts. If you continue to grow in the breasts in the future, you could look into a breast reduction, which will greatly help get rid of your back pain.

Well, I'm sure you're going to feel MUCH better with a well fitting bra. They make lots of pretty bras in large sizes(I wear a 36 D). You definatley need the support if your back is hurting. You could also opt for a well fitted sports bra too for when you're dressed casually.
