NO.. They have to be reassured by others like them that they are right. That's what happens when you want so badly to believe the worst of a situation. It's just not exciting to these people to believe that it was actually the work of Terrorists.

And as far as Impeaching Bush, Well that's their one last Hope in destroying him. That's all they have, They are going to run it into the ground until the day he leaves office. They can't stand being defeated at every turn so they just hold on to their dream. I don't think these questions will ever end. Best thing people can do is just ignore them and let them talk amongst themselves.

Of course not, because anyone, even someone earning over 200k/year like myself, can see that beyond the issues of taxation and welfare, there are other matters. George Bush has failed in every single presidential matter and, worst of all, America has lost its prestige while under his presidency. It has crippled our ability for future diplomacy and for constructing successful alliances.

As a top earner, maybe I should probably lean Republican... But having fair taxation save me a little bit more money, at the expense of having a president that is driven by religion (and not reason), one who arrogantly believes that America always has a "golden touch", one who is not concerned as much with the environment, and one that is barbarically anti-choice, is not worth it.

Yes, my parents moved from a foreign country and we lived on Food Stamps. Then they started making money in the top-5% of American households. And now I do as well. You could say we lived the American dream, I guess! And yet we keep things in perspective and will never forget where we came from. So as long as our tax dollars are taken and used on the POOR, in our country or on people trying to make a living across the border, instead of on needless wars, we will be happy to pay a little bit more taxes. But I will not have my children taught religion in schools or have my future daughter be forced to have a child. In fact, they will go over-borders, into American ghettos, and overseas in order to volunteer help the disadvantaged.

NO to self-loving nationalism.

We WILL have a Democrat in office come end of 2008.
