Depends on weather it was prescribed by a doctor or not, but just one shouldn't be that bad. It should be gone within 48 hours at the very most.

If it's prescribed to you and your job does not prevent you from being on drugs that may affect your reaction ability (like if you work in a warehouse or around heavy machinery), no. If you took someone else's, very possibly.
