Yes they are real and I have looked into it.

But, you get what you pay for. Taking a simple survey is easy so you don't get a lot of money for it. I found one site that wanted you to read the spam and then copy parts of it it into the survey; like what was the third word in the fourth paragraph. They offered a lot of money, but the website had a lot of problems and I often got kicked off and so I never earned my money.

My experience says that if you get involved in a program you have to spend a lot of time at it to get anything. For example the My Points program sends spam to your email box and you get five points for clicking on it. If you complete the offer you get more points, and they offer other surveys from partner companies that can give you more points. If you get 5,000 points then you can get a $10 gift certificate for Wal Mart. That's pretty stand through the industry, but there are some big exceptions. However, I have had bad luck with them.

========================================
If a company requires initial payment from you in order

to work for them, they are not legitimate.

DO NOT take any offers or click any links from people

that post on yahoo! answers... Most of them are SCAMS.

98% of work from home jobs are scams!!!

Work-at-Home ads usually don't pay off. Be especially

wary of ads that promise huge annual salaries; they

often require expensive upfront fees with no guarantee.

You risk losing your money and wasting a lot of time

and energy.

Scam scam scam...All scams. Why would they ask money from you if they are promising you money? Simple isn't it. If they are offering huge income then they should not require applicants to pay just to register. What is the logic in asking money if you will give it to them? Do you give money when you apply for a job in person?
