4. Yes - see "Fahrenheit 9/11" for more on that.

We should. But we won't.
Bush has admitted violating specific federal laws. Federal war crimes (18 USC 2441, also confirmed by the US Supreme Court), warrantless wiretapping in violation of FISA (18 USC 2511), contempt and obstruction of congress (2 USC 192, 18 USC 1001) -- that's what he's admitted doing, so a prima facie case is trivial to establish.
I'm not going to speculate about the remaining conspiracy theory issues, because they are not relevant to the legal analysis.
And no, Congress does not have the spine to do anything, which means whoever takes over will be able to abuse power and violate federal law with impunity to exactly the same extent.

No we can't impeach Bush. Idiocy is not a crime. I am involved at the local state and national level.

I think you'll have an extremely hard time coming up with articles of impeachment. Policy decisions cannot be construed as high crimes and misdemeanors.

No, no reason.
But Democrats in Congress should be Impeached and Charged With Treason.
Democrats are not overworked. Because most of them are on Welfare. We are supporting these young & healthy Democrats with our taxes, and they still whine and cry and squeal.
