I had my AC turned on 24/7 for 1 month and the bill came out $120.

if I use the fan 24/7 will it come out around $50?

AC will consume at least 10x more energy depending on its size.

Actually that is not very high. Air conditioning will always make the electrical bills go up during the summer months. A fan would be less expensive, but the heat might be unbearable for you.

(by the way, air conditioning a medium house is around $300 to $600)

The fan will use a lot less electricity. You can look on both and see what the usage is, usually stated in watts. The compressor in the AC will use more engergy than a fan.

the fan will definetly be cheaper, I have relatives that only use a fan and their bill is only like $35 or something. But they dont use it 24/7

yes, the fan motor draws very little electricity compared to the motor compressor of an ac unit.
