The school is to allow a break between each class in addition to the mid-morning break and lunch break. If these are not sufficient enough for you then take it up with the principal or vice principal. With enough complaining you can get a note on your folder that teachers have to let you go during class. However, you will have to show a need and not abuse the requests. I know this has been done before for people that have a weaker system, or can't hold very long after lunch. At this point it is not a basic human right to go to the restroom when ever, or public places would be gross. The only requirement is that you are given a break at a reasonable and normal human time.

There has to be order in school or otherwise everyone will be disrupting class all the time to go to the bathroom. If you have a medical condition that requires you to go more frequently, then you need a doctor's note stating as much and stating you must be allowed access to the bathroom during class time. Otherwise, most classes are only about an hour, so it is expected that most reasonable people can go between classes.

There is no such thing under the law as "human rights" or "natural rights" they way most people use that term.

Rights are actions which are specifically protected by the law, either constitutionally, by statute, or by the courts.

Depending upon the specific laws that apply, and the situation, then yes, denial of your ability to perform a natural bodily function necessary for your health is a violation of your rights. But it's not as simple as a blanket yes or no.

This is the most interesting question I read in here... Good thinking!!!
Well in my school teachers used to refuse these askings all the times, we were used to those things, but when you think better it is somehow against your human rights, because noone can keep you in a place you don't want to be... But in the other hand sometimes teachers refuse such askings because they just want to keep the silence in the school....

Yes they cant tell you u cant go. If they give you problems just get up and go. They can say that they can do this and this but they cant do anything when it comes to using the bathroom.
