Take mydol best thing i ever did. You can get it at wal-mart for $5.00 and you get 50 pills great deal and when you have pain during your period take one and within 5-10 minutes it will go away. Hope this helps. Also ask someone for a massage and make sure they massage where the cramps are and this will relieve the pain but if you dont have any body to do that or doesnt wnat to do it take mydol best thing i ever did.

the only thing i have noticed that works is you can put something warm on your stomach, something like a heat pad or even a warm washcloth.
Drinking plenty of water, avoiding caffeine and sugar can help reduce the cramps also.
Also if you will just move around and find something to do they dont seem to be as bad and they go away quicker

If you are not trying to have children at the time birth Control pill can help with cramps if they are really bad. i also like to put heat on my stomach when it starts cramping. Exercise can also work. I use to get horrible cramps and i would go to dance class and they would go away. I hoped this helped.

Try a warm bath, laying out in the sun to get a nice natural tan, eating ice cream because the sugar warms up your body, heat pads, hot cocoa. Taking to 2-3 Advil Liquigels helps at night, too. Hope this helps!

Go on birthcontrol!!!!! I never get cramps and i'm on the pill. Once i got off the pill b/c i was scared of side effects and i had the worst cramps ever!! omg it was horrible, i couldnt stand not being on the pill. The pill isnt so bad, be responsible about taking it, plus it even can prevent/reduce cancer!

A warm bath always helped me. Or put a damp washcloth
in the microwave for a minute and put it on your abdomen.
the warmth helps ease cramping.
