i've got an XPC pc, AMD 4200+ x2 oC'd to 2.7GHz, now, if got (1PC) DDR2 667 MHz RAM, my girlfriend is willing to trade her 1GB 800MHz or 2GB 667MHz RAM for my 1GB 667RAM, she's just buying a new computer. if you know what i mean,,

Go with the first option. It will be better in the end since you will eventually end up with the same amount of RAM either way, but with the first option you will end up with faster RAM, and you will end up with two sticks, which will allow you to run in dual channel mode. And lastly, on CAS latency, lower is better, despite what the other guy incorrectly said.

I'd go with the 1 GB DDR2 800 MHZ, because it has a larger bus. A bus meaning a pathway. It can handle more processes.

You can buy ram at this website to www.newegg.com

Well if 1Gb is dual channel I'd prefer 1G.B . The second thing I'd look at which brand is the memory . The last thing is Cas Latency(4 or More) . The higher the better . If your a gamer don't buy cheap memory. Good Luck
