I took two pregnancy test both came out positive, but I dont always feel pregnant. I spotted a week or so ago, been getting over bronchitis, could I really be pregnant?

I would say 2 positives would be enough to convince me that I was pregnant... but you could always confirm with a doctor.

You're not going to really feel pregnant at this stage. It's too early. It's pretty uncommon to get 2 false positives and not be pregnant. The spotting could have been implantation bleeding, and if you've missed a period, took 2 tests, and both were positive, and you had sex, I'd say you're very well pregnant.
Go to the doctor and have a blood test or an ultrasound to confirm. That's the best advice.

Yes there is no such thing as a false positive. The only time that happens is if you have take a pregnancy test and get a positive and then have a really early miscarrage. You might have been spotting because of implantation. I didn't have any symptoms until this week and I'm 7 weeks. You should talk to your doctor. Good luck and congrats!!!

Yes you could actually be pregnant. When it comes to the different pregnancy symptoms some people experience them and others don't some have them for the first few months others carry them through out their whole pregnancy. Personally I have been very lucky and have had very little symptoms. Now you should call your doctor and have a blood test done it will ease your mind and you need to go if you think you are getting sick. Congrats! :)

Yes, you probably are...it is rare to get a false positive pregnancy test, let alone 2 of them...unless you're taking a medication that can cause that to happen...in early pregnancy, you don't experience much aside from the missed period. The spotting you experienced was probably "implantation bleeding"...which can be normal in pregnancy...go to your doctor for a test to confirm...congrats and good luck.

Well, your tests came back positive for pregnancy right? Then you are most likely pregnant.

Pregnancy tests check for the pregnancy hormone that is only visable during pregnancy.

Congratulations hun, it sounds like you are pregnant! You need to call your doctor and they will be able to confirm, but I would say yes. Pregnancy affects people differently.
