hypothetically, if u were taking a birth control pill, and it fell in to ur glass of water and disolved...?

would u be able to drink the water and the pill still be effective? it hasn't happened to me, but they're so tiny i was curious if it fell out of my mouth in to what ever i'm drnking if i could just drink it and the pill still work

Yes, it would still work, provided all of the pill stayed in the liquid and none was left on the side of the glass.
