I don't know if it starts the day right, but I have to have a cold coca cola and sit a few minutes just to wake. Then I check my email and I can get going...

Get out of bed on the left side. Left when I'm on my back. Have a cup of coffee, help get Lois (fiance') ready for her day, check emails, check our web site and have breakfast. Later exercise and shower.

Look at the clock and thank my lucky stars I have a few more minutes to sleep. Then, reality - a nice cup of coffee with creme brulee flavoring.

i start my day off with a good walk early in the morning when it is cool outside and then my favorite song something that get me moving and excited.
