I'm 18 years old and recently graduated high school. I am currently 26 weeks pregnant and in need of a job! I have very little money from my last job that I lost in June but need it to pay car insurance and car payment for this month after that I'll be broke! My parents are moving and I am not. So once the house sells I'll be out of a place to live. Does anyone know of any place that helps Pregnant woman get jobs in Houston, Texas?

i would say to look in the newspaper and areas within walking distance for a job or two. maybe even place an ad in the paper there. ask around. in the meantime i would also search online to see if there's a website where you can sign up for information on jobs before they're advertised in the paper, and also see if there's anything or anyone who can help you out otherwise.... there should also be programs that help out pregnant women, look around and ask around....hope that this helps....

you can contact your local department of human services or unemployment office. They usually assist with employment or employment training. as well as they can assist you with housing options.
