You should feed them once or twice a day and give them as much as they can eat in 3-4 minutes. Pinches are not a good measure as my pinch sized portion might be really different than yours.
BTW, fishes is most certainly a word, but the correct word for your question is Goldfish, not gold fishes. Fishes refers to several fish or all different types. A tank with a platys, a goldfish, and a cory catfish: It is perfectly correct to say "Look at my fishes" or "I have 3 fishes" A tank with 3 goldfish, you would say "Look at my 3 fish."

You should feed your fish only once a day and one pinch of fish food will be fine if you have a small fish. If you have a medium or large feed twice a day- once in the morning and once again at night. if they are gold fish i shoud feed it three times a day

If they are in a bowl one pinch a day and no more than they can eat in 15-20 seconds.
Make sure that you change their water daily and use a water conditioner.
If they are in a tank with a filter you can feed them twice a day and you won't have to do daily water changes, but instead can do weekly water changes.
So you are aware, well kept goldfish should not die quickly. Goldfish can live 25+ years and grow to a foot long when properly cared for.
Those who have goldfish that die often are simply not giving them the proper environment.

Feed a little pinch 2-4 flakes (twice daily) and any that they do not eat remove it within 5 miniutes of feeding, I hope you have them in a 10 gallon minimum, And will need upgarde in the future. Also try feed them a more varied diet, Bloodworms, daphina,brineshrimp,. You wouldnt eat a tin of beans every day, So near do fish.

As much as they can eat in 3 minutes. Once in the morning and once at night. You'll want to feed them at about the same time every day.

I usually feed mine twice a day a little in the mid morning and a little at night!!! GOOD LUCK

If you have pellet goldfish food you should feed them twice a day as much as they can eat in 1 or 2 minutes. But please make sure they eat all the food you put in before putting in more.

the only bad thing u could do is overfeed them.... just read thelabel of the fish food and its normally about a pinch every morning.....

Gold fish wow had alot of those in mii life but anywayz i feed mine once a day a pinch ....
Let me just tell you the longest mine have ever lived wa about a month ...they die very fast
