First off, you aren't not divorced as another DA person said.
You do need to file for a divorce and abandoment is a definite option of cause. You will need to make an attempt at finding him, but that just means you post some ads in newspapers. A small detail. An attorney can help you with this, but you might get the information free from the court house when you pick up the papers to be filed.

Ask an attorney, but I would say you at least have grounds for a divorce. Don't know about the other 2 questions though.

Contact a lawyer, but seems like you can divorce on abandonment issues after a few years, much less than 10. I think.

Why have you waited so long for a divorce?
You go to court, talk to a judge, and file paper work. He has a certain amount of time to detest this.

if you are separated more than 7 yrs, you are legally divorsed in the usa.
