My sister in law does this all the time . I move out of the line of smoke then tell her she's ignorant, but after almost 40 years she's not getting it or just doesn't give a darn.

Well, if it was an older family member, then nothing. If it was a friend doing it in a joking way, and I would tell them not to do that, in annoyed serious manner. But if it were someone I don’t know or don’t like, I would most definitely punch him or her in the face, and probably end up putting out the cigarette in his or her face. I know violence is bad.

Blowing smoke in a non smoker's face is actually a sign of aggresion. That's why most smokers TRY to be polite and not to it to you guys.

I'd find a phone and shove it so far down your throat, when it rang you'd have to pee.
Then I'd shove that cigarette in a place that doesn't often see the light.
I hate smoking. And I hate people that smoke.

Hypothetically? Maybe I would sue you for deliberate infliction of harm. I am asthmatic, and if you started an attack, it could kill me. Then maybe you couldn't afford to smoke?

Ask you to refrain from blowing smoke in my face. I smoke occasionally and cannot stand when someone is so inconsiderate to do that.
