Ontario is a province of Canada, actually it's largest province in population. Toronto is the largest city.
The name 'Ontario' comes from Lake Ontario which is one of the Great Lakes, lying between Canada and the US. Apparently, 'Ontario' is a Huron Indian word for 'big lake'.
