Where do you live? If is western country, then your choice are limited and quite boring only sweet and sour stuff or fried stuff.
Otherwise you can go for bak kut teh in Imbi, Wong ah wah BBQ chicken wing in Alor serves good dinner for reasonable price or claypot chicken rice in Chinatown (still use charcoal) or Hoi Nam Chicken Rice and Char Siew. Or head to Berkeley Klang for seafood fried stuff and steamboat. OR any HongKong Cha Chan Ten (tea restaurants) for some Cantonese food, just for a change! Cantonese fried, Hokkein fried, Kung Pow fried, claypot loh see fun...etc etc
At least I am urging for all the above.

You got to start out with hot sour soup, followed by vegetarian egg rolls, then honey walnut shrimp and rice and a chinese beer, Tsiangtao. enjoy.Oh, potstickers are also very good.
