Only if she comes alone, and leaves alone.

the restraining order is on the individual not the family members. If you are comfy with your relationship with her then visiting is probably for the best. If you feel more comfy meeting outside your home then do it. relationships are based on individuals and their actions. His got him in hot water, she is not him. But also be aware, he may have her reporting to him later about you and your personal live without him, even if she don't like it he will keep questioning her. protect her by keep-ping conversation happy and fun and do crafts or go out to eat. Do not let her see you say or be unhappy, it will help balance out the stress from her dads side and she'll love you for it. Do not discuss with her any of your issues or problems concerning her dad. Keep your personal details to yourself such as dating or new friends. Kids talk even when they are innocently trying to not do harm. If she is young then have him drop the child off at another friend/family members house that is willing to help or have them meet him at a McDonald's etc and when he has left the you go in.

The order is against the the husband right, not against the daughter, why is she coming over to visit you, are you friends, how old is she???

If the daughter is over 18, than she is free to do as she wishes. However, if the daughter is a minor, than she must obey the rules set by her parents.

If she is with her mom, and her mom says its okay... than she can visit you.... but if she's with her dad and he says no... and she comes over anyway... that could lead you to all sorts of legal problems if he wants to be a d*ck about it.

As long as her mom says it's ok, then yes she can. You have the restraining order on her dad, not her

That would be up to you. I see no reason why not... it isn't the daughter's fault you and your husband have problems.. remember regardless of her age.. she may think of you as a mother or role model.. don't burn too many bridges...

Only if he doesn't have to come with her.....or be involved with her while she's in your home.

I would be very careful.....blood is usually thicker than water.
