does anyone know a good city for an actor to live?

I'm 15 and i want to know a good city that wont have me living in the streets because i cant aford to pay?

Any city that has a SAG office that is open and active. All big cities are expensive. Any city that has a couple of community theatres and a dinner theatre or several near by is a geat choicel
