I like both Lana Michelle and Luna Rose! They flow together nicely. As for the boy's names.. I think Cayden is great. I'm not too crazy about Griffin Mac.

Lana Michelle - again, very pretty! i like this one too
Nevada Jane - eh not so much
Lena Cane - it's alright
Sonya Joan - pretty but don't really like it

Griffin Mac - i love it. i love the name mac for a middle name
Sean William - eh too common
Cayden Dean - i really like the name cayden but not dean so much

Sean William seems to be popular with the others, and I agree. It's a strong boys name.
I like a mix of the girls names you have. I'd pick Lana Rose rather than Luna.
All interesting names.
I think the name will most probably change when you meet your little one anyway. For my sister's entire pregnancy, they had settled on Madison for a girl and when they saw their bundle they called her Emma because that's what she looked like. No other name fit the face.
