When inconsiderate smokers contaminate our clothes with their filthy habit it appears we can do nothing. What if we piss on their clothes, can they do anything?

With all of the smoking bans that have been put in place, why are you around smokers if you don't want to be? Are you just looking for something to get angry about?

I remember when the movie "Titanic" came out. A guy got arrested at a cinema in a neighboring town for urinating at his seat. His excuse was that it was a long movie and he didn't want to miss any of it.
30 days in jail and 200 hours of community service.
Personally, I thought the movie sucked.

I saw a guy stand up at a Jimmy Buffet concert and piss on the guy in front of him and he got his a55 beat. This happened in Knoxville, TN. Go Vols.

I would have you arrested. I would guess that it is indeed illegal to attack someone like that. It is akin to assault.
