i submit to this court that the tree was in violation of chapter 3 subsection 5:4 of the penal code, which strictly states your honor, the said moter vehicle, in this case a space ship your honor, has the right of way in a situation like this!!..i move immediately for a mistrial and an official apology be emailed to my client at once!!

Our planet would die without trees. We have lots of trees on our property, yes, they are a mess to clean up, during the fall season, and during the spring, with the pollen, but we have only used our A/C twice all summer. Without trees our planet would burn up, birds would have no place to nest, we would be overran with bugs, (no birds to eat them), we wouldn't have fruit to eat. So many benefits to trees. Can't you put up with just one?
