need to attend the court because became a gurantor for my friends car which is missing now and my so called friend is not bother about this.am going treatment for cancer now and have this burden to carry along.

Yes the court can take action. They can either find in favor of the other person or hold you in contempt for not showing up. If you can not make it, you need to contact the court and explain why, preferably in advance.

Unfortunately your ailment will have no influence on the court's position on your role as guarantor on a loan.

The lender is still entitled to their money.
