An object's "Availability" tells you when, and if, it is available.

It may be "back ordered" meaning they have ordered it and are waiting for it to arrive, or "In Stock" meaning they have it on hand right now.

It means it is available online. It does not mean it is available in stores. If you don't want to buy online, you can click Store Locator (this option is not for all online stores, but only for those having retail stores). Under Store Locator you will be prompted to put your zip code. Then, you will receive the list of stores near you. Try to reach them by phone to make an order if an item is available or visit a store to make a purchase.

They have it in their warehouse. It might not be in stores, but they can send it to you asap, depending on the delivery method you choose.
