If you are talking about computing exchange rates, the previous answer is dead on. WWW.XE.COM has an excellent currency conversion calculator.
If you are talking about selling actual Iraqi dinar banknotes: You are about to discover that there isn't a bank or currency exchange anywhere in North America that will give you more than 50% of the www.xe.com quoted rate. There is no demand for Iraqi dinars, therefore no profit margin for the bank. If you don't believe it, try calling a few currency exchanges or banks. If you find one that buys dinars, I would like very much to find out who and at what rate. That is why I find the first two responses extremely naive. Your best bet (perhaps your only bet) is eBay.
