Eat it, of course.
I remember when I was a little girl, I had heard the expression "scarce as hen's teeth." I wanted to know how many teeth a hen actually had, so I asked my grandma to catch a hen and pry open it's beak, so I could look inside. I am happy to report that there are none, contrary to what anyone else might tell you.
