Yes especially cause I have a short term memory loss problem so that makes everthing even worse.

this happens at times,when I go to school i think really hard,trying to remember what I should I do or if im forgetting something but it ends up with nothing

Sometimes, especially if it's for food. Like when you're hungry, but don't know what kinda of food you want to eat.
