Protesting the Iraq war could be a threat to the US Government (read as 'US Gov.= George Bush) and you lose (block) your private property according to Executive Order signed last week.

I chose to invent the title 'Commander of the United States' because of its close resemblance to the legitimate C'in'C moniker used so liberally by Bush to justify all of his insanity. Tactically speaking the invented title is necessary to continue the mass disinformation strategy being waged by the mercenary groups invested in a perpetual invention of national fear, the unholy 'War on Terror'.

Re: Abe Lincoln suspended HC at a time when blood was being spilled in sight of his office. In a young country about to be torn apart, HC suspension was a matter of survival. Bush's problem is about keeping out of prison. Besides Abe Lincolns options were limited, unlike the cabal posing as the US Gov't.

I find it fascinating that anyone who names himself Che Guevara could ask a question pretending to care about habeas corpus. Castro abolished Habeas Corpus while Che Guevara executed Castro's "enemies" en masse, declaring that judicial evidence is an "archaic bourgeois detail."
To quote your namesake precisely: "To send men to the firing squad, judicial proof is unnecessary. These procedures are an archaic bourgeois detail. This is a revolution! And a revolutionary must become a cold killing machine motivated by pure hate. We must create the pedagogy of the paredon (The Wall, i.e. the Firing Squad)!"
Bush is not perfect by any stretch, but he comes nowhere near your namesake for pure oppression. Therefore, you are in no position to criticize him.
There is a difference between a true defender of freedom and a self-described "revolutionary" who just wants to control the yoke.
EDIT: So you can forgive Lincoln for suspending HC, but can you forgive FDR? There were no bombs going off within sight of the white house or credible threat from domestic Americans of Japanese descent. FDR even tried to gain control of the Supreme Court by blatantly unconstitutional means...so which president's administration came closest to a "cabal posing as the US Gov't"?

I believe it was President Lincoln who suspended the Writ of Habeus Corpus during the Civil War. Are you still mad at poor Abe?

Can you show me the statute that states that "Habeus Corpus has been pushed aside?" I don't get my information from youtube so don't bother. If you claim that habeus corpus has somehow gone away I would think you'd have confirmed this fact before posting it here. You did didn't you? And what private property are you worried about losing? By the way, I didn't vote for Bush. Ever.

He wants to the Dictator or Emperor or IL Duce or God knows what. He is a danger not just to the Non-Christian world but to us in the west as well. If left unchecked he will destroy us all. He probably has an astrologist like Hitler did and ignores his own General's advice like Hitler did.....oh......and looked what happened to the 3rd Reich.

He is Commander in Sheik already..... legally.
You mean, how long before he declares himself Emperor. Or as he calls it "the Decider"....
It will most likely be in October of 2008 -- about two weeks before the elections -- when he "uncovers" another threat against the US.
