What do you think of when you are there?

You know the saying "if waterfalls and wishing wells could tell the world the truth"... my wishing well, waterfall, shooting star, prayer bench and altar--- is my creek, and I don't think there is nothing that I haven't thought about while there. Almost every thought I have gets taken there..

Usually I think of the past. I sit on my rock in the middle of the creek and pretty much remember times that have flown by pretty much like the water that is flowing by me. It can be bittersweet.... but for the most part, I find sitting there thinking helps me come to terms with loss and with change.

when i was a child i would sit on this rock in the front yard that was shaded and had some tiger lilies. when i was little i would play pretend games there. when i was a little older, i went there to sit and think about whatever was on my mind. i might write in my journal there, too. i haven't thought about that in years. thanks.
