I was circumcised at 19.
1. Like any other surgery you will have there will be pain but you will still be able to move about, The pain only lasted the first 3 days.
2. After circumcision, my penis glans were fuller "mushroom like". I haven't met a female that DID NOT think it was attractive.
3. Sex now is much more pleasurable, because I don't have to worry about sliding in and out of my own forskin. My ejaculations are much more explosive now.
4. Females will probably view it as being cleaner and more attractive.
5.The surgery last around 15 minutes, and you will have to wait until your healed before you can begin sexual activies. (3 weeks to a month)
6 Urinating after surgery isn't a problem, just make sure your not still in your bandages. Which most doctors will advise you to wear for the first day or two.
Bottom line is the procedure is well worth it, I would do it all over again if i had to.

First of all, congratulations and best wishes as you proceed with your circumcision next week. It is a courageous thing you are doing.
As a woman, it is hard for me to comment on some of your questions as I do not have a penis. However, I DO have experience in having helped when my little brother got circumcised when he was 8.
As a young man of 16, your circumcision will be done under anesthetic so you will not feel any pain during the surgery. From what I have seen, there is also no pain as you heal up. You are, however going to be very tender there for about a month - the first week being the worst, and you will probably not be interested in masturbating or in having sex during that period.
Obviously the appearance of your penis will change. (In my view as a woman, and most of the other women I know would agree, your penis will appear much nicer - streamlined, with a beautifully shaped head (glans), bared with no skin even touching it..
You will have no trouble urinating, if anything, with no skin covering the end it will be easier and 'tidier' when you pee. For the first week or two 'squeeze and shake' will not be an option so you might wish to 'blot' with a bit of toilet paper as we women do.
From what happened to my little brother, your biggest adjustment will be in 'getting used to being circumcised' - for 16 years your foreskin has covered the end of your penis. Now it will always be bare and it will take a while to get used to it always rubbing on your underwear or bedclothes. My brother liked the different sensation!
But, in any event, I am so glad for you that you will be circumcised very soon. It may not happen right away, but I am confident that soon you will be very happy to have had this done. Best wishes and congratulations again!

You'll be sore for two weeks. You can't have sex or masturbate until the scar tissue heals sufficiently - probably the full two weeks.
It's a shame you are being forced into this, particularly at your age. You are almost a man and should be able to choose.
Having a circumcision is irreversable. Adults who have the operation frequently complain about reduced sensitivity. That's because the foreskin is mucous membrane and is covered in thousands of nerve endings.
After the operation you will have lost the sensation from the foreskin. After a few weeks with the head exposed all the time, a layer of keretin will develop on the head to protect it from rubbing; but this also dulls the nerve endings.
The overall effect is like masturbating with a couple of condoms on. And when you are having sex, and you ARE wearing a condom, there is further reduction in sensitivity.
A small percentage of adults who have the operation report that they are no longer able to climax during sex. In those cases, they have to finish off by hand.
I assume you are having this done for religious reasons? If it isn't for religion or an existing medical condition then I would advise you to reject the operation. It's your body after all, and you are going to have to live with the consequences for the next sixty or more years. The operation cannot be reversed.

I'm 16 and got it done when i was about 3 years old.
My friend got it done because in his culture they get it done when they turn 16, it hurt for like 6 days or so and he couldnt **** for 2 weeks. From what i have hurd and what is below women like it better, aswel as in some peoples opinion it looks better. You shouldnt have problems urinating fater a few hours of it getting done. A while after you get it done you should post something to say how you feel etc, just phrase it as a question like I felt like this... did you to? :)
I posted this on another question:
Uncut men get pleasure from the foreskin rubbing back and forth over the head of the penis. In cut men they get pleasure from rubbing the penis in and out vigorously. In cut men the head of the penis has more definition and thickens due to being exposed, also keratin (spelling) builds up dramatically in the head of the penis, meaning its harder for infections to go in, as well as this in uncut men the head can get hot and sweaty inside the foreskin which is perfect for bacteria.
In the penis there are 2 nerves that branch out all over the penis, it is said that they are most sensitive in the head of the penis and when the foreskin is cut the head thickens reducing the sensitivity of the penis, however due to the fact that cut men get pleasure from rubbing the penis vigorously it may counteract this. Another thing is due to the different methods of getting pleasure in men, when having sex the women gets more pleasure because instead of uncut men having their skin pretty much in the same position in and the penis gliding in and out of that, cut men thrust in and out of the women, with a more defined head.
In my opinion its a matter of choice, some men will be better cut, others uncut. I was cut as a child however i would have liked it if i could have foreskin for part of my life to see how it was like, but then again if i was never cut i prob wouldn't get it done as an adult.
Anyway :)

DON'T DO IT!!! Even if you have to run away from home, just don't do it. I mean it -- you have the right to an intact body, and you should not let anyone mutilate you for any reason whatsoever.
Your penis doesn't work as well for sex or masturbation -- ever -- after you're cut.
It looks pathetic, with a scar where your foreskin belongs.
You have to abstain from all sexual activity until it's completely healed -- possibly 2-3 months. And they tell you not to get an erection for at least two weeks -- just try!
You'll be able to urinate, but it will hurt enough that you'll wish you didn't have to.
DON'T LET ANYONE DO THIS TO YOU -- IT IS GENITAL MUTILATION!
