smallish cuts on lower arm
is there any way to get rid of them
maybe overnight?

sorry hun, your just gonna have to wait for them to heal:( but if you want to hide them and don't want to wear long sleeves, put makeup over them as long as they are not open anymore, good luck

No they don't go overnight. u need to put a antibacterial cream on.
