Because of stalking trolls reporting people through jealousy. A lot of good people have had their accounts taken away, and more are leaving of their own accord because of pathetic little people, taking all the fun out of the site

Because they may be bored, may be tired of receiving violations ,the trolls on the loose or they need a timeout.
