if i see one more question like this, i don't know what I'll do, but it will be something...if your going to ask a question, check to see if anyone else has already asked a similar question, that way, Answers does not end up with 5 million questions involving penis enlargement
OK, now to answer your question
they could work, depending on which one it is, and how your body responds to it, but why change the size of your penis, be proud that you have a working one. And its not going to work any better if its bigger, it might actually hurt your partner. Also, you could transfer the stuff in the drug to your partner, as well as the child, if it affects the sperm.

Penis tablets never work and they are never scientific proven, the only method that works is jelq and you will find that hard to do unless you're circumcised. Try a yahoo search of jeql it will teach you how to do it.
Also the problem is not with your length its with the way you see your penis, If it works fine it is fine, work more of your confidence and not on changing what you have and you will go further in life.

If you are talking about the pills guaranteed to add inches to the length or diameter, they do work, but not in the manner that you want. The only thing that is enlarged is the seller's wallet.

the blood increases in the penile shaft while it's there do some Jelging Exercises. This will engorge the tissues therefore increasing penis size. the pills alone, no.
however I go the herbal route with damiana, nettle, ginseng, maca, ashwandrgra (sp), yohimbe bark.

I don't believe pills work at all.
Stick to Jelqing or I just found out about a new stretcher thats a quality product that wont break your wallet. The one I bought cost me over $450, this is less than half that, and it looks exactly the same.
