yes it flushes away the oils and salt that make you bloated and gross. makes you feel healthier too.

Yes it helps flush the system. Plus sometimes when you are thristy your brain sends a message to your stomach and you may feel hungry. So next time try having a drink first and see if that hunger pain goes away.

They tell you to drink water because it has no calories or sugar. You could drink Crystal Light,100 % juice, or skim milk as well.

yup its good for you too. u should drink at least 8 glasses a day or half of ur body weight. its part of a healthy diet but be sure not to drink it all in one sittin b/c it can make u sick. it cleanses ur body and keeps u normal.
