IT depends on the manufacturer of the toilet. THe one in our bathroom is a Mansfield and it clockwise, and the one in the basement, which is and old ELjer, and it is about 60 years old goes counterclockwise.

They go whichever way they like. The Coriolis effect is caused by the rotation of the Earth about its axis. This gives one revolution per day. Such a slow rate of turning will affect large weather systems and ocean currents but with small systems, other factors come into play. The smallest systems that can be seen to be affected by Coriolis are mesoscale systems like sea breezes and large thunderstorms.

Both ways -- just like they do in the northern hemisphere.
The coriolis force in a toilet, or even a small lake, is very very small. In fact, just having a spec of dirt on one side of the water or the other has more effect than the coriolis force.
