I found a penny with a little face on it. It's a 1974 "D" (letter next to the year) with a small face next to the big face. I believe that it's Kennedy's face. Any ideas???

You have one of the many cents that had Kennedy's bust put next to Lincoln due to the similarities of their deaths. There are also cents out there with an outline of different states on them, all 50. There are some with Lincoln smoking a pipe as well as some I have not seen yet. From 1964 through the 1980's it was a common practice and they were sold as novelty items. The have a value of .25 cents to a dollar. I must admit they do have conversational value, more than a money one. They are a piece of Americana and worth holding onto and passing down to the next generation.

You might want to post a pic. Sometines coins can get double stamped but I dont think penny's are stamped near half dollars, if anything it would be Lincoln twice.
