No. And its not an excuse. I screw up so much under pressure. If I am in a room by myself and am able to think without distractions, I work MUCH better. Not slightly better, but much better. I literally cannot concentrate when someone drops a pencil during an exam, so it is almost impossible for me to think clearly during very stressful situations. I get distracted from external stimuli very easily.

I always work better under pressure. My job always involves serious deadlines that I can't miss.

When I have some extra time, you'd think that I'd get caught up, but I don't. I still wait until I'm just about ready to panic, then I get moving. I love the challenge and the intensity of it all.

I think working under pressure sometimes makes us do a better and more efficient job, considering that you are being pushed to do something harder. Sometimes, that is. I work well under pressure if I'm in at least an ok mood. Bad mood, no way.

Yes, I would say a looming deadline puts an extra urgency to get a task accomplished. I'm an engineering major, and as bad as it is, I study better a few days before an exam (when I can get away with it) than studying progressively over a period of a few weeks.

Me too. My back has to be against the wall for me to really pull out the stops and get 'er done.

I have a lazy streak, honestly.

But yeah, I totally get where you're coming from.

I don't deal well with pressure. I tend to freeze up.
