To have a ball bigger than the other or upper than the other is normal and almost every guy has a little differences in that.
It doesn't mean a problem.

tell "your friend" that it couldn't be anymore normal, the reason is because if both testicles hung the same distance from the body, they would get squished together between your legs when you walked, and that could hurt a ton

BTW, you don't need to say that its your friend, most people will think that its you, but don't wanna ask the question directly. Unless he doesn't have a Yahoo! account, that's a different story

That's so when a man brings their legs together, they don't get crushed against each other. One goes above the other for a nice compact fit.

That's so they don't bang into each other when you walk. Most men it's the left one that hangs lower. No worries.

That's normal. sometimes they retract and one ends up being higher then the other. Nothing to worry about.

Yep...happens. Sometimes they it will look like your missing one...its just snuck back up inside. It will pop back out with simple persuasion
