Very clever question...I must commend you on that. But the answer is yes, it is still premarital sex even if you don't intend to get married. In the eyes of society, sex should only be had by married couples (although we all know that there's a lot of fornication going on).
Even though you and your current partner don't intend to be married right now, who's to say what you'll want ten years down the road? Maybe you won't want to marry you current partner but perhaps someone else. Hence, premarital sex!

Yes. It is assumed that you are very likely to get married eventually,irregardless of what you think now. Statistically that is correct. Anything before marriage would be premarital.
