Is it to brush straightened hair or does it straighten hair? If it does straighten hair, is it umm, powerful, because I have REALLY wavy hair...

As it does not mention anything about heating, nor about the power consumption, leads or batteries, I think it is just a brush.
And a brush is no better than what you can do with it, so I think it is rather overpriced!

This is just a regular brush you use with your blow dryer. I bought something like that at Target many years ago for way less than that.
It's supposed to help straighten your hair when you blow dry it without using a round brush. Personally, I didn't like it . . . it took way too long and made my hair more frizzy.

It's just a brush. Your best bet is to invest in a Chi Flat Iron. They're about $99, but well worth it - I've had mine almost 3 years now. Best birthday present I ever received!
