I used to think light did, but I guess I was wrong.
Also, if there was a train that could travel at the speed of time, couldn't we travel into the future?

The speed of TIME? Sweetypie just look at the second hand of your watch - it does travel at the correct speeds according to the time elapsed as worked out by a bunch of wise guyes sowhere in the remote past, and then had the audicity to call it "TIME"! So: YES - all watches/clocks/time pieces do travel at the speed of time!
For that mythical train of your to enter into the future, it would have to travel into "unreality" (called fiction too at times).

Assuming the "Big Bang" theory is valid then we can compare time as a tree. Trees grow and each year they make a new ring. We can measure how old a tree is by looking at the tree rings and counting how long it has lived.

So too with time. We start with a center point and everything is moving outward into space away from the point of origin in a swirling, cascading spiral. We could then see time as being similar too a CD or DVD.

The theory of relativity then allows us to treat time as a CD/DVD where we could theoretically pick a desired spot to go to at any time we wished (Moving at the speed of Time). Additionally, it would help us time travel ... except we would need a precise map of the universe at each moment in time ... otherwise we might go back in time but not find a destination like Earth since time is spiraling.

However, the "Theory of Inflation" shows that all matter in the Universe traveled billions of times faster than the speed of light (which blows Einstein’s E=MC(squared) outta the water) and kinda disproves the "Big Bang Theory".

Time doesn't have a speed. Time is a unit of measure. But if you really want info on the subject go buy a book by Steven Hawkings. Also look up the "Twins Paradox" it will blow your mind.

I think time is the measure of two things, so it would not be possible to travel at the speed of measure.

Time is a dimension. You might as well speculate whether we can travel at the speed of length.
