I told my ex boyfriend that I hated him and that I hope he never finds happiness... I only regret it because it made me look like or showed him how much he hurt me

just this past weekend, I went below the belt and told someone that I could of had her man and I didn't....I did it b/c I wanted to take the bitterness she had for me off of me but it didn't work. She hates me even more!
She has a lot more problems in her marriage and I didn't need to add to it so I feel guilty now. Bad me =(

I called this moron in central Texas a minute man because it was my belief that was the reason his wife only engaged in relations with him once a month and even then it was out of duty and not out of passion or desire for him, I was wrong though....
His wife engages in relations with him once every TWO months
