I was a guest at a wedding, I had a camcorder and taped this guy dancing with entertainment for the wedding. The guy was really funny. can I get sued by the guy or the entertainment group for putting it Utube?

I do not think you can be sued for this. The event occurred in a public place during a fairly public gathering. It may be improper for you to put it on YouTube, but I don't believe the other party has any legal course of action against you.

You should probably contact the guy and get his permission.... Have him sign something saying that he's allowing you to use a video tape of him on u-tube.. or.... you can possible edit out his face while he's doing these funny things.. that way no one will know or recognize the guy..

If you were the one to record it, go ahead and post - it was in public so the dancer cannot say you had infringed his privacy.
