I'm 18 years old.
In Febuary I got with possession of marijuana and went to court and was put on 6 months of probation with completion of drug class and 75 hours of community service.
I paid off my court fines, finished my community service, and passed all my drug tests. With only 4 classes remaining they told me I was thirty minutes late for a class drug test. I had to be there by 9 in the morning and I was there at 9:30.
They then assigned me 16 more classes and told me I had to restart the program.
This information all came with 4 weeks of probation left.
Since I could not do 16 classes in 4 weeks my probation officer went ahead and violated me and put a warrant for my arrest which comes next week. Once the warrant comes I will turn myself in.

My question is what do you think the ruling will be?
And how soon will I see a judge?

You could be required to do the 16 additional classes and could be on probation for the remainder of that time. However, if you have been making satisfactory progress toward the completion of the program and have not caused any other problems, a judge may let you finish the 4 remaining classes and be done.

It really depends on what the judge feels is fair and is kind of hard to tell what exactly will happen.
