If professional means being paid a remuneration, it would depend on which of the crafts the "Witch" is being paid for. To be paid or pay for a spell is to taint it before ever casting it. If you are looking for a dowser or herbalist it would be quite a different story.
"Cast a spell" says little of your intent or need.
About your added detail: You still haven't said anything of your problem. I know of people with your symptoms that are in that shape because they maxed out their credit card. I know I sound hard, but you have to have something solid in order to get help dispersing it. There is Answers e-mail you know.

There is really no such thing as a professional Witch. Witchcraft is a religion. It would be like asking for a professional Christian or Professional Baptist, Unless of course you are searching for Pagan Clergy.
Either way no ethical Witch is going to cast a spell for you. However they will assist you in what your problem might be. But it is best to find one locally. That way if you need a protection spell which a Witch will help you with. Will be able to help you there with you.
You can try and find a Metaphysical shop in your area and find Pagan Clergy through them.
Pagan Clergy will assist in helping you protect yourself or find a healing ritual for your self.
But as I said It is best to have face to face communication.
Good Luck and Peace be with you.

I don't pity you but I can empathize with you and I know where you a coming from. I am not one to give out my personal spells but if you are in that much need of rest then its becoming a matter of your health. Feel free to email me if you are interested and I will share a spell that will calm you mind and allow your body to relax and function normally without stress.
Also please do go see a doctor. Spells are not a replacement for medicine and won't cure the problem.
I had to add this when I cam back and saw the comment below. Witchcraft is NOT a religion. Wicca is a religion. Paganism can be a religion. But Witchcraft alone is NOT. It can function completely independently of any religion.

If you need to manipulate him with magic to get him back, why would you want him??
If you claim to love him, why would you want to screw with his free will? That's not "love", that's "incredible selfishness." That's saying "I don't care what HE wants, all that matters is what *I* want!"
Let him go and move on. Interfering with his free will to bring him back will only make things worse. Manipulating him with magic or threats of suicide are not going to solve the problem.

wow
being a witch is simply being a member of a pagan religion. anyone offering to help you with this is not a true witch.
Edit: since you obviously don't want real answers, having doled out the thumbs down to those of us practicing for over 30 years, here's a suggestion - go to a DOCTOR. You could be ill. hello.
