"Jovians" is the term generally used, from "Jove," another name for the god Jupiter. However, since no such creatures are likely to exist, I suppose it doesn't really matter what you call them.

You can use Jups, Jupiterians, or even Jupitians. But it would be difficult since it seems that Jupiter is only a ball of gas. I would choose a moon instead. Io is a favorite of mine. Thereby inhabitants are Ioians.

probably, if there are any, I'd call them bacteria.
If there are any life forms there at all, they're probably on the moons and that's about as high a lifeform as you'd get, I imagine.
