I thank to all those people who answered my quesiton. ( i am the same guy who asked about the process becoming a teacher) I saw many people were confused about my question
due to the lack of my personal information.

I am currently in high school, and i am going to be a high school senior or 12th grade, this year. I am considering "teacher" as my future job. However, i just don't want to become any teachers, but a high school teacher or even above that (like a professor or something). I have like 4.3GPA and everything so i think educationally, i am ok but the current peoblem is that i am having a summer break yet, there isn't anything really to do. I want to do something to prepare myself for the future "teacher." What can I do?

Go to your local college and find a professor teaching summer courses. Ask if you can work with him/her for free to get a feel for the profession. Maybe they'll have you mark papers, help prepare the class. As long as you're willing to do something for free, you can get a chance to job shadow almost anyone!!!

Many parents want a way for their kids to continue their education in the Summer. If you or your parents (or whoever) know someone like this, you could offer to be a tutor. It would be great practice for lesson planning and working with students on different levels, especially if there are 2 or more kids who are different ages.

Good Luck!!!

Oh and during the school year, many schools have an academic after school where the kids who are very low but don't qualify for Special Ed services go in order to catch up. Though they generally only employ certified teachers, If you looked into it,they might let you work there anyway and if not I'm sure the Principal could refer you to a similar program.

Some colleges offer courses for high school seniors. Find out if this is possible in your area. Other than that, just concentrate on getting good grades in your last year and go straight to college. You'll find answers along the way and a better idea of what and where you want to teach.

There may be opportunities to become an instructor at your local Red Cross Chapter. They are always looking for CPR and First Aid Instructors. It is summer, and if you are a swimmer you could consider becoming a Water Safety Instructor. There may be opportunities as well to tutor younger students where you live. Ask in the advising office

You should find a homeless shelter or some other local job training center and offer to teach English or even help people learn to read. That will give you a taste of what it's like to be a teacher.

Good luck.
