He *allegedly* ordered the dog killed, but no one knows if he indicated the method since the dogs were killed in several manners.
It would be harder to kill one on turf or grass because of the bounce, so I imagine the murdering monster did it on concrete, hard floor, or packed dirt.

probably artificial turf.......I hear its easier to remove blood and guts from turf.....just a little bleach and water and your all green and clean.....ready for the next bout!
