Absolutely not; and never plan on it. It's a disgusting habit that people seem to get pulled into. When people shower and wash their hands they don't tend to think about cleaning under their nails and that's why when they bite their nails they're just increasing their chances of getting worms disease. Used to until hubby-to-be gave me 1 carat diamond engagement ring and it looked awful on my hand with those chewed up nails. Haven't bitten them in 25 years!

Yeah.. until I was 13.. and I realized that my cuticles are white without I have to give it nail polish. Now, I keep my nails from my mouth.. and everybody always ask me, "Did you go to the manicure?"

Yes!! That is the hardest habit to break! I hate it. I also chew off the skin on the side of my nails. It's so gross.

I used to but Ive been taking vitamins and theyve been growing out very nice so I dont bite them anymore.

nope,because in Siberia mens are so strong,that their nails can be cut or bite just by metal tooth or teeth...very hard
